MyMe Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MyMe LLC ("MyMe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the MyMe AI service at chat.iammyme.com.
MyMe is operated by:
MyMe LLC
8 The Green STE B
Dover, DE 19901
United States
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@iammyme.com.
This Privacy Policy applies to the MyMe AI service. The separate MyMe community hosted on Circle has its own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create or use a MyMe account, we collect information such as:
- your email address;
- information needed to send and verify your one-time sign-in code;
- sign-in and session information; and
- account status.
MyMe does not use passwords for member sign-in.
Subscription and billing information
Stripe processes subscription payments for MyMe.
MyMe receives and stores limited subscription information, including:
- your email address;
- a Stripe customer reference;
- your subscription status;
- your paid-through date; and
- information necessary to administer your subscription.
Your payment-card information is entered directly with Stripe. MyMe does not receive or store your full credit-card number.
Conversations
MyMe stores your conversations so you can return to them later.
Saved conversations are encrypted before they are stored, with a key kept separately from the database. MyMe staff do not read your conversations. We open one only if you share it with us through feedback or ask us for help with it, to protect your data from a fault or attack, or when the law requires it. Each time is recorded.
When you actively chat with MyMe, the relevant conversation text must be processed through MyMe's systems and AI providers so a response can be generated.
Memory
If memory is enabled, MyMe may create up to 50 short memory notes associated with your account.
Memory notes may contain meaningful information from your conversations that helps MyMe maintain continuity across conversations.
You can view saved memories, remove individual memories, turn memory off, or choose "Forget everything."
Deleting a conversation does not delete memory notes made from it. You can forget them in Memory.
Saved memory notes and summaries are encrypted the same way as conversations.
Usage and technical information
MyMe and its infrastructure providers may process limited technical and usage information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the service.
This can include:
- usage amounts;
- AI-processing cost information;
- an anonymous member identifier;
- sign-in and session information; and
- basic website traffic and technical information.
Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, traffic statistics, and technical logging. MyMe's Cloudflare logs are configured not to include conversation text.
Feedback
If you select "something was off" beneath a response, you may send feedback to MyMe.
A written explanation is optional.
Your conversation is not included unless you specifically choose "Include this conversation." You can preview the content before submitting it.
If you choose to include conversation content, authorized members of the MyMe team can read the content you intentionally submit.
You may also choose whether MyMe may contact you by email regarding your feedback.
Community access
An active paid MyMe AI subscription includes the option to join the separate MyMe community at no additional charge.
If you choose to activate community access, your email address may be used to facilitate or manage that access through Circle.
Your MyMe AI conversations are not shared with the MyMe community.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- authenticate your sign-in;
- provide AI conversations and responses;
- save and display your conversation history;
- provide optional memory;
- generate optional spoken versions of MyMe responses;
- administer subscriptions and billing;
- apply monthly usage allowances;
- provide account and technical support;
- process feedback you choose to submit;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- provide legally required crisis-related responses when applicable;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- operate and maintain the MyMe service.
We do not use your conversations to train MyMe, the underlying AI models, or future AI models.
3. AI Processing
MyMe currently uses OpenRouter to connect with AI models used to generate responses.
When you send a message, the information necessary to generate your response is securely transmitted through MyMe's systems and the applicable AI provider.
MyMe uses AI providers configured or contractually required not to retain your message after processing and not to use your message for model training.
MyMe does not maintain a separate readable copy of your conversation in AI message logs.
4. Voice Processing
MyMe allows you to listen to AI responses through computer-generated text-to-speech.
When you choose to play a response, the text necessary to create the audio is processed by the applicable voice service.
Generated audio is not stored by MyMe or the voice provider.
If you use your phone or computer's built-in dictation feature, your device converts your speech to text before the text is sent to MyMe. MyMe does not receive or store your microphone audio.
5. Service Providers
We use third-party companies to operate portions of the service.
These currently include:
Cloudflare for website infrastructure, network delivery, technical logging, and traffic statistics.
Neon for database hosting, account information, authentication information, conversations, and memory.
OpenRouter and applicable AI model providers to process conversation content and generate AI responses.
Stripe to process subscriptions and payments.
An email delivery provider to send sign-in codes and account-related emails.
A text-to-speech provider to generate optional spoken AI responses.
Circle for the separate optional MyMe community when you choose to participate.
Service providers receive only the information necessary for the services they provide and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
6. Selling Information and Advertising
MyMe does not sell your personal information.
MyMe does not share conversation content with advertisers.
MyMe does not use conversation content for targeted advertising.
There is no advertising inside the MyMe AI service.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
MyMe uses a sign-in cookie necessary to keep you logged in.
Your browser may also store limited preferences on your device, such as your selected voice or an unsent message.
Your browser also keeps a copy of recent conversations so the app opens quickly. Deleting your account removes it.
MyMe does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
Cloudflare provides basic website traffic statistics without advertising tracking scripts or cookies.
Stripe may use cookies on Stripe-hosted payment pages for purposes such as security and fraud prevention.
8. Sensitive Information
MyMe is designed to support personal conversations, and you may choose to discuss subjects that are sensitive or private.
Depending on where you live, certain information may receive additional legal protection, including information concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetics, biometric identification, sex life, or sexual orientation.
MyMe uses sensitive conversation information only as necessary to provide the service you request and for other purposes permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires consent or another specific legal condition for processing sensitive information, MyMe will rely on the applicable legal basis or condition.
Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, full banking credentials, authentication codes, or similar information into a MyMe conversation.
9. How Long We Keep Information
While your subscription is active
Your conversations and memory remain stored until you delete them or delete your account.
Individual conversations
You may delete an individual conversation at any time. Deleting a conversation does not delete memory notes made from it. You can forget them in Memory.
Account deletion
You may delete your MyMe account from within the service.
Account deletion removes your conversations, memory, usage records, and MyMe login information.
Stripe may retain payment records where required by law or Stripe's legal obligations.
Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you cancel, your conversations and memory stay saved in case you come back. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.
10. Security
MyMe uses encrypted connections when information is transmitted.
Our database provider encrypts stored data.
In addition, saved conversations and memory are encrypted with a key kept separately from the database.
MyMe personnel do not have ordinary access to the readable contents of your saved conversations.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information entrusted to us.
11. International Processing
MyMe LLC is based in the United States.
Account, conversation, and memory information is stored through Neon in Ohio, United States.
Cloudflare may route network traffic through data centers near the user.
AI processing may occur in the United States or other countries depending on the AI provider used to generate a response.
This means your information may be processed in countries with privacy laws different from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, MyMe will use a legally recognized transfer mechanism.
12. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, MyMe processes personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract. We process information necessary to create your account, provide MyMe, save conversations and memory you choose to maintain, administer your subscription, and provide requested features.
Legitimate interests. We may process limited information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
Legal obligations. We may process or retain information where necessary to comply with applicable law, accounting obligations, valid legal process, or regulatory requirements.
Consent. We rely on consent where applicable law requires it, including for certain optional processing or categories of sensitive information when consent is the appropriate legal condition.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority.
For a copy of your conversations and memory notes, email privacy@iammyme.com.
For other account information, including your email address, subscription history, payment history, and usage records, contact privacy@iammyme.com.
We generally respond to privacy requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
MyMe does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
14. Children
MyMe is intended only for adults age 18 and older.
You must confirm that you are at least 18 when subscribing.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone who is not eligible to use the service, we may suspend or delete the account as appropriate.
15. Required Disclosures and Legal Requests
We may disclose limited information if required to comply with applicable law, a valid court order, subpoena, or other legally binding process.
We may provide a conversation when the law requires it.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MyMe changes or as legal requirements change.
If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
The effective date at the top of this policy indicates when the current version became effective.
